Jazz up your next event or post a message easily on vinyl banners. Banners are affordable, a great way to advertise a particular event, or promote a business. They can be designed by you or have them custom made by a company.

Don…apos;t let designing a great banner scare you. You can easily create your own online with a template that lays out what you want to say very simply. You input your information and choose the layout you want to use. You can then view your banner before ordering.

Most companies online offer discounts and incentives. You can find many companies that have banners listed for half price. Some are for first time customers only and may only be in black and white. But others offer these discounts on all products including color banners and repeat customers. You also want to make sure you banner is thick enough to withstand time.

Check as well for any hidden pricing in a quote. A half price banner may double in price is the company has a high priced set up fee. You can get information on durability and thickness of the banner that is on sale too as you want it to hold up. Some banners are made only for indoor use so you want to make sure you order a sign that will hold up in outdoor weather if that is its purpose.

Another thing to watch out for when ordering online is shipping charges. Some companies take up to four weeks for standard delivery. For rush orders they can charge up to sixty dollars so the banner might be as affordable as you thought. Compare with a local company to see if the bottom dollar rate is more affordable than online.

If you are a booster group for a school many companies will waive charges as they know you are on a tight budget. You can also check with your school to see if they have an established account for a better rate that you can order through. If not, you might want to check with other booster groups on your campus to see if you can build an account together for more buying power.

Also if you are a limited budget consider creating a banner that is reusable. This can be done with proper planning and avoiding timely information. Putting dates on a banner makes them good for only one use. Adding dates and times separately with Velcro or alike will not limited your use level for years to come.

Have fun but be smart when ordering vinyl banners. Get your three quotes before ordering and make sure to proof your sign before ordering. Watch for hidden fees in the set up costs and shipping. Get creative with your next promotion and display a custom made vinyl banner in style.
