My friend Shelly needs some assistance. She has a job working as an assistant for a local advertising agency where she lives in Pennsylvania. She is having boss troubles. Her boss keeps hitting on her and on several occasion was going to promote her if he quote “gave him what we wanted”. She doesn’t want to give up the benefits and the good pay but she’s tired of the way he treats her. Her best friend Stacy wanted a promotion really bad so she did what he wanted and made it according to him ” worth my while”. Shelly needs some help on whether to give 2 weeks notice or not.

Shelly needs to get her resumee out immediately, start looking for another job, then give her 2 weeks notice. There are places she can report that!

Tell Shell (sweet) to purchase a voice activated recorder and catch this creep in the act. Then she can tell him she wants a promotion. Or she can rat on the rat and quit, of course going this route gets her nothing but satisfaction!

shelley needs a lawyer. that way as he/she takes a look into the problem if she is fired or suspended during this time, she can at least have a monetary settlement in the works. dont put up with that crap, there are laws in the workplace, get a lawyer. if they think shelley has a case, most wont charge unless they win. win/win.shelley needs to be pro-active and teach that fool a lesson.

I think she should quit the job because if they treat her bad more it will get worst.
